Shipping and Refund Policy

USA Orders

 

We offer two methods of shipping for orders within the USA - First Class which takes about 7-10 days and Priority Mail, which takes about 1-3 business days for delivery. All of our US orders are shipped via USPS. 

 

Orders are shipped on Monday’s and Friday’s. Any orders placed after those days sill be shipped on the next shipping day

 

Note: T-Shirts and Hoodies are printed to order and therefore will be shipped after printing.

 

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure address for delivery of your order.

  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

We ship our international orders via USPS and DHL

 

For Canada, UK, Australia, France, Finland and Brazil, we have several shipping options: First Class International (Delivery time may take 7-21 days) or a Priority Mail International (Delivery time may take 6-10 business days). With USPS, your package is usually always trackable, and once your package reaches your destination country, you can track your package through your local postal courier's website but this is not a guarantee. 

 

Your package with DHL will be trackable until it reaches its destination.

 

 

Please note- International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. These orders will be delivered by your local postal service. We are required to mark packages as 'merchandise' by law, and provide true information on customs forms.

Although customs fees, duties and/or taxes are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of your order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into your country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. Our return/exchange policy does not apply to discounted pins

 

  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Did you receive the wrong item or is your order damaged?

 

Please send us an email ASAP so we can take care of you and fix any problems.

  

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
